The Hotel Renè restaurant welcomes you into a romantic and charming setting with the option to dine in three different locations: a dining room in classic style, a traditional wooden “stube” (parlour) or an elegant veranda overlooking the garden.

We introduce our Chef Silvio Detomas

 

His passion for cooking began after finishing secondary school, when he worked in nearby hotels during the summer months. Afterwards he attended the hotel management school IPSSAR in Falcade (BL) and worked in the hospitality industry for several years. After graduating from school, he worked in different restaurants, including some with Michelin-star awards, such as the Restaurant St. Hubertus in San Cassiano (BZ) and the Restaurant Arnolfo in Colle di Val d'Elsa (SI). He expanded his culinary knowledge by taking part in various cookery courses. Since 2015, he has been working at Renè, where he was promoted to Chef de Cuisine in 2017. Together with the diligent hands of his young and motivated team, he will offer you many refined and creative dishes. He loves his work, which he always carries out with perfection, passion and in a professional way.
