Health, safety and hygiene are our priorities. To guarantee you a safe and carefree stay in the Dolomites, we have adopted strict security measures against COVID-19.

Safety and hygiene measures. The safety and health of our guests and staff is our top priority. Our internal protocols meet the guidelines on hygiene and prevention of COVID-19 and guarantee the highest safety standards for our guests, without compromising on the quality of our services. We can also provide you with an overview of the measures taken in our hotel if you would like to learn more.

Safety devices

  • At check-in, we follow procedures to check our guests’ health
  • High-traffic areas such as the lobby, are equipped with hand gel dispensers
  • If necessary, protective masks are available for guests for a fee

Social distancing

  • We respect social distancing rules
  • The hotel comprises only 38 rooms and the interior areas are spacious
  • Electronic payments are available

Cleaning and sanitising of common areas and bedrooms

  • All hotel linen and tablecloths are cleaned and disinfected by a highly professional external laundry team. The bathrobes and sponges are washed internally at 85° C
  • In the rooms and suites, there is a desk and chair available for smart working. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is also available
  • Room cleaning is carried out in a compartmentalised way, meaning that a new cleaning set is used for each room
  • Rooms are subjected to rigorous disinfection with certified products, with particular attention to major contact areas (for example switches, handles, remote controls, doors, etc.)
  • Between stays, rooms are sanitised using infrared light and aerosol spray
  • Guests can choose not to use the cleaning service during their stay
  • The common areas and bedrooms are regularly ventilated
  • Critical points such as door handles, reception counters, common bathrooms, lift, etc. are regularly sanitised with certified products
  • The quality of the water in the pools is monitored regularly and chlorine prevents viruses from surviving
  • The sun loungers in the garden and in the relaxation area are also sanitised regularly

Gastronomy

  • Social distancing is possible thanks to the large spaces in our restaurant
  • Dishes, cutlery, glasses and other crockery are sterilised
  • he buffets are regularly refreshed and accessible following the safety measures provided
  • Room service can be ordered to have your favourite dishes brought to your room/suite (paid service)
  • If possible, local ‘zero-kilometre’ products are used in the dishes on offer
  • As usual, food processing and preparation of dishes is carried out according to the strict HACCP hygiene guidelines (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

Collaborators

  • Our collaborators have been informed about the stringent application of protocols and rules regarding cleaning and hygiene
  • Masks and/or gloves are used where required or deemed necessary

Hotel services

  • All hotel services are available, apart from the Turkish bath which is temporarily unavailable for safety reasons
