General conditions of the Renè Dolomites Boutique Hotel

Before booking a holiday in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites, we invite you to carefully read all the useful information below.

Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellation of the reservation within 21 days from the date of arrival, the booking deposit (ital. caparra confirmatoria) is frozen for a stay of the same duration to be made within the next 12 months.
• For cancellations 20 to 8 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• For cancellations 7 to 1 day prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total stay.
• For cancellations on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival and/or early departure, the cancellation fee for the cancelled days is 100%.
• For payment of the cancellation fee, the deposit is retained, charged to the credit card and/or a bank transfer is requested.
• In the event of a change in the length of stay, early departure, any offers/packages/facilities or reductions granted will be cancelled. In such cases, the standard price list applies.
• In order to avoid possible cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. For information click here.
• By accepting the offer and/or sending the deposit, all booking and cancellation conditions are considered accepted and confirmed.

Prices

The prices are listed in euros and are per person, including breakfast and dinner. Depending on the period and duration, the prices are per day or per package for several nights. A tourist tax applies to everyone over 14 years of age and is added to the prices shown. Meals not consumed are not deducted from the price.

Reductions for 3rd and 4th beds in your room or suite

• Under three years old -80%
• 3-5 years old -60%
• 6-11 years -40%
• 12+ years old -20%

Supplements/reductions

• Double room for single use: a 50% supplement for single use in the rooms is applied to Junior Suites and Suites on request
• Room with only breakfast: minus € 15.00
• Full board: add € 25.00
• Small/medium-sized dogs (max 10 kg): € 15.00 per day. Valid for rooms only (dogs are not accepted in suites). Access to the restaurant and the wellness centre is not permitted
• Garage: € 10.00 per day. Outdoor parking included
• Electric car charging is available for a fee

Rooms and suites

• Check-in: rooms are available from 3pm. Please advise us if you expect to arrive later than 7pm
• Check-out: before 10am
• Late check-out (subject to availability):
  Room/suite + afternoon snack + use of the wellness area until 6 pm for € 40 per person (can be booked during the stay).  
  Afternoon snack + use of the wellness area for 30 € per person.

Photos of the various types of rooms shown are indicated and are not always an exact representation. Within the same category of rooms, there will be differences in position, views, size, furniture, flooring and configuration.

Reservations

We only consider reservations as binding once they are confirmed in writing and accompanied by a deposit of 20% of the total price. But paying the deposit, the general booking and cancellation conditions are considered to have been accepted.

Payment of the bill

We kindly ask you to settle the bill the evening before departure by 10pm. We accept payments in cash (maximum € 4.999), debit card, VISA, MasterCard or Bitcoin.

Errors and omissions excepted! In the event of disputes, the relevant court is located in Trento.
