During your holiday in Val di Fassa, the pleasures of good food cannot be missed, especially when they are provided every day by our Chef Silvio Detomas and his team of professionals. If you book with half board, you will embark on a sensory journey through the authentic and traditional flavours of Trentino and Ladin cuisine.
In the morning, we will wake you with a rich breakfast buffet featuring homemade cakes, fresh croissants, fruit juices and fruit in syrup, fruit salad, various yoghurts, cereals, egg specialties, local cold cuts and cheeses and much, much more.
In the afternoone a cake buffet is included.
In the evening, we offer a five-course gourmet meal with a wide choice of salads and appetisers from the buffet.
